A:Answerbolt holes or screws poorly made to thread straight for the arms. I used a larger allen wrench and just cross threaded them with elbow greese until I got them all the way in. To bad they didn't use same holes and bolts they used for the seat. They were great.

A:AnswerMy Best Buy Store doesn't carry any chairs in stock , so you would have to find at a store that did. Your can assemble chair in 15 minutes except armrest which took an hour. Only 10 screws with allen head wrench included
