QuestionWhat is the height of the arm rests? Is the attachment of them optional?

- Answer When the chair is at its lowest setting, the top surfaces of the armrests are approximately 25" from the floor. At the highest setting, approximately 28" from the floor. Their height is not adjustable, but they can be rotated upward and backward so they are parallel with the back of the chair and out of the way. I need this feature so I can rest a guitar on my lap during recording sessions, then I rotate them forward when I'm writing so I can rest my elbows.

QuestionIt's difficult to tell from the pic if the seat is just mesh. I'm looking for an all mesh chair - no padding in the seat area. Some chairs I've seen indicate the seat is mesh but from the pictures you can also tell the seat has padding.

QuestionWhat is the maximum height of this chair when raised to the tallest height? Does the front of the seat drop away for comfort or is it straight? Looking for a taller chair

QuestionHaving never owned a task chair with a mesh bottom cushion I can't help but wonder how the mesh cushion compares to a chair with a cloth covered bottom cushion. Is it softer, firmer, or not noticeably different? Any durability concerns?

QuestionIt is stated that the chair tilts back about 9° and also states "swivel and tilt mechanism" but does not state that the entire back and seat tilt together or that the back only moves. Can you clarify?

- Answer Charlie, The seat and back move together in what we call 2 to 1 syncho tilt, for every 2 degrees the back tilts back the seat tilt 1 degree. Best regards, OSP Customer Care

QuestionIs the lumbar support adustable ? is there a back tilt and locking at the required tilt available?

- Answer The lumbar support is not adjustable. There is a back-tilt feature but you can't lock it in the tilted position. However, you can lock it in the upright position to keep it from tilting. Also the tension of the tilting is adjustable.
