“When I plug my device into my computer it flashes PC and will not let me turn it on! Need help!”

This is a longshot - but mine is doing the same thing. It flashes PC on the recorder, but my computer isn't recognizing the device anywhere. My computer doesn't seem to recognize that there is even anything plugged into the usb. I've tried multiple cables and multiple computers - all with the same result... the recorder flashes PC, but nothing else happens.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The way this is worded not totally sure which of the two electronics you're having issue with. But here's a few tid bits, hope you find helpful. If your recorder is flashing....it's already turned on. "P C" is flashing because you DID plug it into your computer. That is what you do when you are ready to transfer any/all files from the recorder to your personal computer. The recorder screen is simply acknowledging that you do have a connection by flashing so that's what you want to see. No need to do anything else with it but leave it alone until completion. From there, you can turn your attention to the P C screen for file transfer preferences. **Before you get to that point of connection though, have the computer fired up and ready to accept/recognize the device you're connecting.
