This is a stand alone recorder and does not offer computer connectivity. The only way to retrieve the recording is to use a stereo patch cable. This will allow you to connect the headphone out jack of the recorder with the microphone in jack of the computer. If you need a recorder that offer the ability to download files I suggest a VN PC version.
