“Can you shoot variable width panoramas with this camera, i.e. ~90, 120, 150, 180, etc. degrees, or is it limited to only 1 or 2 widths (like 180 & 360 degrees)? Thanks!”

You can shoot variable widths. Just turn on the grid in panorama mode. Use a tripod, or at lease don't drink 1/2 a bottle of wine like I did.
