If you want to upgrade to another NVMe SSD, you're going to need an external SSD casing capable of holding an NVMe SSD (the majority only work with SATA-III SSD drives). If you don't care about NVMe as opposed to SATA-III when it comes to your SSD, just buy the SATA-III M.2 SSD of your choosing and use a $20 external SSD enclosure to clone the NVMe onboard your laptop to it, then swap the drive in.
