Honestly, Windows Defender is enough as long as you're safe with your online activity. (Dont download weird stuff/nothing is free, etc.). If this is something that concerns you, I would recommend buying Bitdefender and running it on autopilot.

After the trial of McAfee Livesafe you can choose to pay to continue the subscription, use another antivirus or uninstall the trial software and run the built in Windows Defender.
