Hey there. The amount of RAM is fine for most games. The issue with this particular computer and some games is that while it DOES have a GTX 1060, it's a 3GB version, not the 6GB version. Most modern games these days will need about 4GB of VRAM (Think video card RAM, not system RAM) to really max things out.

Please try again later. To answer your question about Battlefield 1: I play that on my ASUS ROG laptop with 8GB memory and a GTX 860M video card, and the game runs well and looks incredible even on the low settings, albeit in a 1920x1080 resolution, I evidently had the game running on. (The GTX 1060 3GB you would find in this Omen should be very superior -- http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-860M-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1060-3GB/m8647vs3646 -- so I would imagine you would have a very good experience playing Battlefield 1 on this HP Omen.)
