I believe the cabinet can accommodate 3rd party Micro and Mini ATX motherboards. As-is, the unit can accept 3rd party DDR4 SIMM memories (buy them in pairs like 2x8gb), and there's a fairly full size graphics card PCI slot that can accept a full sized board like the GeForce 1080.
