• Yes it can stream it, and I know that the question was about Minecraft but it is powerful enough to run gta 5 at max settings and stream so it is all good for Minecraft

• The HP Omen is definitely powerful enough to run Minecraft. With extreme settings, I get around 300-500 frames per second, and a smooth 60 with shaders. I am a YouTuber, so I know what streaming/recording feels like. It runs perfectly smooth, since this is a computer that can run The Witcher 3 at 60 FPS!
