Asus rog. Yes. 1070ti I don't think so. Back panel is removable for better cable routing. Not sure this would be the best box for your ideas though

You'll find complete specifications for this system at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05389962 including HP tested processor and RAM upgrades. Up to 10.5"x4.5" standard dual height PCI Express GPUs, which is NVIDIA's 10 series reference size, will fit without issue. For oversized cards note the total chassis depth is 6.5 inches. The ram would most likely work however it exceeds the officially supported DDR4-2133 speed so you may be able to save money by going with a supported RAM speed. Some parts do remove so you can install new components but none of the external panels are designed for long term removal.
