Getting max usage on cpu is normal, there’s nothing wrong with that, but your gpu shouldn’t be maxing out, try making sure that only fortnite is loaded and you aren’t having anything running

With all settings on epic except post processing and shadows turned to low and VSync off you should be able to go well over 100fps. Is this typical for all the games you are playing? Perhaps reach out to the Geek Squad or HP support for troubleshooting so they can make sure everything is running like it should.
