“I want to replace my 1tbHDD with a 1tb SATA SSD (Samsung 860 Evo). If I would want to do anything to begin this process, would I have to upgrade the PSU? or connect a regulator to the cpu? A friend says that even if the current is balanced, it could burn.”

No need to upgrade the PSU. The SSD uses almost the same or less than a regular HD.
