The supplied power supply should be sufficient to power a 1080 graphics card, it is not recommended as with that setup it is advisable to have a 650W PSU. The graphics card will come with its own cooling fans and should not generate excessive heat compared to the 1060 in the machine. I have not seen if there is a spare 8pin connector for the 1080 on the PSU and the supplied graphics card uses a 6 pin. That said, I would personally upgrade the CPU before the GPU as the CPU is where your bottle neck for this machine will be. Having used it for gaming for a little bit myself I find that my CPU takes on 90-100% load while my GPU sits comfortably at 20-30%. As such, upgrading to the i7-7700 (only upgrade available with current motherboard) would prove to be more beneficial than a 1080, and will be cheaper also.
