• You should be able to use any 3.5mm or USB headset.

• I actually had the same problem with multiple headsets. I have 3 and neither of them worked, not sure why...but now I use an MSI headset and It gave sound but noone could hear me through the mic. So I got it working by getting a aux adapter that goes into both the pink amd green mic and audio input in the back of the pc. Now its perfect. Hope that helped.
