Yes, a top fan with RGB lighting will work, I believe it fits 120mm sizes. The fan on the top should be an outtake model if you choose to instal one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased two of the HP OMEN OBELISK - 875-0014 - i7 - 1060, desktops in mid-November 2018 (one for my wife, one for me). Have migrated from our older computers and been up and running for two weeks. For what it's worth I see no need for additional cooling. Neither desktop runs particularly warm. There are three fans in each desktop (one on mother board, one on graphic board and one on back of case).
