“Just bought this PC on Black Friday and the front omen logo does not light up. It seems like it should. Went into HP OMEN COMMAND CENTER and changing the colors for it does not work either. Is it defective?”

Bought the same model a few weeks ago, also from Best Buy, and the front logo DOES light up. Don't know if this helps u or not other than to confirm that it should be.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's probably just a loose cable on the omen lighting hub at the bottom right of the case. Try pushing on some of them to see if one might be loose
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ended up returning the PC to Best Buy and got my full money back. They said it was defective. The front logo and inside the tower are both supposed to light up and change colors. I saw online a lot of people have had light issues with these HP OMEN gaming desktops. Hopefully HP will do a better job with those lights in the future.
