I had the same problem the first time I started my pc but I solved it by turning on my monitor first, waiting 20 seconds then turning on my pc so that it could all set up
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would reach out to HP support or the Best Buy Geek Squad if there is any issue. I have seen some recommendations to turn on the monitor before turning on the computer. Make sure the BIOS and drivers are updated as well.
