For gamers who like to experiment and want to upgrade the cooling solutions, the HP OMEN Obelisk has built-in space for aftermarket liquid cooling. There is an integrated mounting area for an additional aftermarket 120 mm fan or aftermarket 120 mm liquid-cooled radiator, not 240 mm.

Yes, if you throw out the power button block the case easily accommodates a 240mm rad (270 mm long)
You will have to pre-drill your own holes though, and relocate the power button

No, you will have to install a 144mm liquid cooler and fan.
