• Yes you can. You just can't switch what it comes with though. You can use any keyboard or mouse you want.

• You are free to use any keyboard and mouse that you prefer with this desktop, though it does come with standard wired ones already!

• You can definitely change out and upgrade the mouse and keyboard. There should be no problem in doing so.
