“Is the EVGA 750W G2 power supply supposed to be compatible with this Edoras motherboard? I tried to swap out the power supply and everything seems to work except the motherboard doesn't startup with this power supply.”

It uses standard ATX connections on the motherboard. Ensure that everything is seated correctly, perhaps reseat the RAM and such. If you have difficulties I would reach out to the PSU manufacturer for troubleshooting or the Best Buy Geek Squad.
