“How can I open the non glass side panel to change the power supply? I've followed every single direction on hp's website but the side panel won't slide open. What is wrong with this case? Not a single budge or give.”

Press the release button and then pull the glass side panel up to remove it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First on the inside there is a screw on that back side and it is above the power supply. Take that screw out. then on the outside of the panel it slides to the front or back depending on the end without the edge holding it in. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same troubles myself. You have to remove the glass panel first, there is a bolt holding it on the bottom to the case structure. It's in the middle on the bottom.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In the back there is a release button you push in. The glass panel from the top pull gently towards you. It comes out a little and then you pull the panel up and it will come off. It is a little tough at first but once you open it it gets easier.
