“Does the Omron 10 series come with the arm cuff or not? I see that some people buy an arm cuff separately with this product so I’m not sure whether it has that when you buy it or if you have to buy that separately. Thanks.”

It does come with the arm cuff The Omron 10 is a great product

I used to have to purchase a larger cuff when I was pumping iron and had larger arms and that is probably why some people purchase an additional cuff--their arm is too large for the standard cuff.
