“When setting the TruRead Mode are you supposed to be actually taking your B/P or just leave it off your arm?”

• You don't need to take your BP. See page 10 in the booklet. With the unit off, press the clock looking symbol to set the TruRead Mode the way you want (and also the year, date and time). Once set, click Start/Stop to turn the unit back off.
