• You should be able to use it with teenagers. It connects to a smartphone via bluetooth not wifi.

• This does not have to be connected to WiFi. The only possible issue with teenagers is maybe needing a smaller cuff depending on their arm size. Otherwise, you will be able to use this with your teenagers.
