I was finally able to secure a "partial" answer regarding my concerns of the two different Omron 3 Series Model number BP710N shown in Best Buy's website ad--one having a grey or silver colored arm cuff versus this same model in the Best Buy ad showing a black arm cuff. I was told by Omron product support representatives that the Omron 3 Series model number BP710N with the grey or silver arm cuff is no longer being manufactured by them and, in addition, the grey or silver arm cuff is designed to accommodate arms with a 7" to 9" circumference. The black arm cuff; however, is made to accommodate arms baring a 9" to 17" circumference. I further inquired of Omron product support if "BOTH" of the arm cuffs have 50 sensors to better monitor heart health as the older models I was told had 10 sensors in the arm cuff and the answer I received was in the affirmative. I have another Omron 3 Series model number BP710N on the way which I purchased from Best Buy and I truly hope that it has the black arm cuff! It is my belief that the product ad needs to be updated.
