• Yes, I've lost three of these now, actually one went defective, .. dropped it to many times, so officially only lost two. The clip is alright, it's definitely saved me from losing it quite a few times.

• The clip is not completely secure, and i used thread to attach the clip to the pedometer, and a separate lanyard to keep the pedometer on me. However, it works fine in your pocket, which would eliminate both potential problems.

• I think so. Good on a waistband or bra edge. If underneath something, it can't flip off. There's a strap you can buy also and loop onto the pedometer. Or you can use a thin ribbon to loop onto it like a camera strap.
