“At my old address I did not have cable TV & had no problem setting up my Amazon Firestick. At my new address I do have Xfinity Cable TV. Now I have plugged each into their respective HDMI ports on 2 different TVs. Neither one is working”

I asked the Geek Squad guy while he was at my house if he could help me set up a Firestick and he said they don't do that. Mine is sitting in my drawer since those Amazon Days (or whatever they had in August).
