My two laptops won’t connect to internet at home but did in the store with geek squad. I’ve run every fixer available but nothing helps. Att says nothing wrong. Other messages say check router. Is that the same as the modem? I did a restore and lost all. null

one was new one I got to play games on, couldn't get Farmville on my apple laptop. Josh got it on my apple & the new one. it wouldn't work on the apple, it kept saying, but Josh got it. he knows what he is doping.
