• Yes, they will. Sadly, I never got ahold of them - left messages, but no live person to talk to! Tried twice and gave up! I had electrician install for a great price!

• It cost me $99.00 to have it installed by Bestbuy. I am sure Bestbuy will install it for you, if you pay them, regardless of where you purchased your ring video doorbell.
