Unlocked OP10 Pro from BestBuy (NE2215) does not support Verizon. Your best bet is T-Mobile.

Yup just drop and go! Please note that Oneplus 10 pro unlocked does not support 5g MMW... Just Sub 6hz.. however you will be happy with the performance for sure.

You can pop in a sim and be good to go, mine is an unlocked variant and I'm on Verizon and had no issues.

I was told that it works with VZ but you should always check with your carrier before buying a phone.
