It will work on TMobile, but beware that the only OnePlus phone to have all the 5G bands TMobile utilizes is the OnePlus 9 pro. Any other OnePlus phone won't connect to all the towers. T-Mobile also only certifies the Samsung S22/23 for its 5G carrier aggregation as well. 5G carrier aggregation is when you have multiple 5G towers connect at once to create a stronger/better connection.
