• 512gb is with 16gb RAM it will actually show 24gb because it has 8gb disk expansion for RAM but I turned it off. You can check it Settings -About device

• Best Buy is not selling a 12Gb/512gb variant of the OnePlus 13. If you're buying a 512Gb version then you're buying the variant with 16Gb of ram.
