• Unlocked version of this phone works fine with Q-link and since Q-link is actually T-mobile, the 5g works fine also.

• Yes it compatible w/Q-Link Wireless. Not for sure about Sprint tho. U can always research the frequencies & bands. That will tell U whether it's operable or not.
