• This phone accepts buyer's own sim card. Therefore, there should be no issues with using Mint Mobile service. It is a GSM Phone.

• Yes. Mint used a digital Sim Card. But you can use this on any network as it is unlocked (maybe not Verizon cuz they r weird).
