• No, it does not have any headphone jack nor does it have any wireless capabilities. It must be hooked up to an amplifier or a receiver.

• There is no provision for headphone jacks I do not know if you can connect wirelessly The RCA jacks in the back could provide output for headphones but I don't know with the impedance if you might damage the unit . At one time you could take RCA outputs from a left and right channel and put it into a plug for headphones it was a 2 input to one output headphone adapter. There was and is no volume control.
