“Our Onkyo DX-C390 6-disc cd player will not play. When turned on and "loaded" it sounds like it is trying to access the discs but is unable to, and it keeps displaying the message "NO DISC".”

• Try forcing a reset of the player. Do this by unplugging the power, then letting it sit for a few hours to a day, then plug it back in. You should also remove the discs from the player before doing this.
