Hello Kimmedawn, The DXC390 supports RCA, Optical and Coaxial connections for audio only. Any receiver that has those types of connections would able to be playback the cd's. The question is what are you looking for as a configuration? A home theater configuration or just stereo for playing back music? Thank you Onkyo
