“My kids got me this unit. I have used my 1978 Technics receiver until now. I set this unit up with just my two KLH 1978 (8 ohm/ 12" woofer ) speakers. The bass seems weak even though I have set speakers to "full". What can I do?”

Plug in the microphone and run the auto setup. That should get you close. Then adjust the audio processing by pressing the "movie/tv" button on the bottom of the remote. If you need more adjustment, go into the audio section of the menu and adjust the equalizer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check to make sure the speakers are in phase (red to red, black to black both on receiver and on speakers), and make sure the sound track actually has a lot of bass.
