• Comes with a mic to set up all the speakers. When you run the setup with visuals on the tv it walks you thru it.

• Yes, it comes with a setup mic. You place the mic in the middle of your listening area, and when you run the set up, the program adjusts all your speakers. Worked great for my 7.2 system.
