Can you use this with Ooma Basic – Home Phone Plan? null

According to their phone support representative, you cannot use this bundle without paying for their Ooma Concierge service for $14.99/mo. plus taxes and fees. I found that out because I called support when I got a charge to my credit card for about $22.50 upon activation.
