I don’t see why not, but with free nationwide calling, and low rates are elsewhere why would you want to use a prepaid phone card?

Question is not clear, use a prepaid card for the monthly bill from Ooma for taxes? Use the prepaid card for phone calls. The basic Ooma plan gives free calls within the US and I believe Canada. You need to check with Ooma on International calls.
