“Can this measure the internal temperature of a steak on the grill?”

• No it measures surface temperature only. Like if you use it on your hand or forhead, it'll only read about 93°F because our external temperature is usually cooler than our internal.

• The Ooni IR Thermometer is used to measure the temperature of the pizza stone so that you can get it nice and hot to cook your pizza, steak, fish, etc. We do not recommend using it to measure the internal temperature of steak.
