• Its all metal and has a stone material cooking surface that comes out for cleaning and moving around

• Hi Boogs, The oven is made of stainless steel, with a powder coated carbon steel outside. The pizza stone is made from cordierite. Happy cooking!

• Yes. It is a Metal shell with a large cordierite stone that is used as the cooking surface. Like a brick oven you have to allow the oven to heat up but it heats up pretty quickly and works very well.
