QuestionCan I use the traditional 20 pound propane tank or a small mini propane or both?

- Answer Propane in a tank is in a liquid form that produces a gas pressure based upon its ambient temperature. Hence all propane tanks work the same as long as they have liquid propane in them. However as the propane evaporates to provide propane gas, the liquid propane cools, reducing the pressure. This is not an issue for uses such as this, but would limit the time you could run a propane generator.

QuestionDescription says it handles a 16” pizza. Specs only mention 12”. Does it handle 16” pizzas?

- Answer It should - the opening is big enough. You'll need the right size peel to launch it and turn it. You may have to experiment to ensure it cooks just enough before turning. (would recommend starting with smaller pizzas then working up to it)

- Answer We have stored ours in the Ooni travel case on a covered deck year round. I don't know what Ooni recommends but we haven't had any issues with ours.

- Answer Hi there -- the Koda 16 consumes about 1.3 lb of propane per hour, so a typical 20 lb tank will get you more than 15 hours of runtime.
