QuestionDoes Model:U-31003 require replaceable filters? I did not find the answer to this question in the specifications. The only information about filters was that it had a ceramic filter. Does it use tap water or distilled water?

- Answer No you don't need filters for this model. I like to use distilled water because tap water might have minerals in it and you can get buildup in your humidifier.

QuestionI use my cool mist Vick’s thermistor every night I find the nights I don’t have time or forget to fill it up . I wake with a headache and my head fills dry . When I use the Vick’s pack I sleep well and wake up with loose snot and my sinuses feel so good
