Yes, this unit is mountable. To mount, you have to unscrew the adjustable feet and your good to go. Their is a setting to flip the image once mounted upside down.

Yes you can mount the unit to the ceiling.

Yes, you'll need a mount (a universal projector mount should work, as that is what I bought). Everything will be upside down at first until you change the projection setting in the menu. Then everything will display fine.
