Thank you for expressing your interest in the UHD35X projector. We would like to provide you with guidance on connecting a soundbar to a projector that does not have HDMI ARC. There are several options available to you, depending on the available ports on both devices. Please find the options below: Optical Cable: This is the most commonly used and recommended method. Please check if both your projector and soundbar have optical (SPDIF) ports. If they do, you can connect them using an optical cable. This method ensures quality digital audio. 3.5mm AUX Cable: This is a simpler option, but it may not provide the ideal audio experience. Connect a 3.5mm AUX cable from the projector's audio output to the soundbar's AUX input. Please note that this method only transmits stereo audio, so you will not get surround sound or higher-quality formats. HDMI Audio Extractor: If your projector has HDMI ports and your soundbar does not have an optical input, you may consider using an HDMI Audio Extractor. This device connects between the projector and the soundbar, extracting the audio signal from the HDMI cable and converting it to optical or RCA format for connection to the soundbar. However, please be aware that this option adds another device to your setup and may introduce potential compatibility issues.
