A:AnswerThere is an optical zoom. There are 2 adjustments that can be made at the lens of this projector; focus and zoom. My install has the projector approximately 10 feet from the screen. I had to dial way back on the zoom, adjust focus, then use the digital settings to further scale the image down to a 100" screen. The menu has a grid you can project to help with all these adjustments.
A:AnswerSome Optoma projectors support ARC. You can easily tell if you see the (ARC) etched underneath the HDMI port designated for ARC.
UHD38 does have HDMI 2.2 ports. However, HDCP 2.2 and HDMI ARC should be able to work together – but only if they’re on the same input port.
A:AnswerThe UHD38 has no internal streaming capabilities but you could just add a Fire TV Stick to one of the HDMI ports; there is a 5v power jack right nearby. I believe the UHD55 streams though.
