- Answer I must send a huge apology. I recently advised my toothbrush did not come with the suction cupholder. I just went and got the box and did find it was there the whole time, I just did not take it out of the box. So my answer to this question is YES, it does come with it. I am so sorry about that.

QuestionI’ve ordered two of these. Both of them come with a charging base and a second cord that doesn’t seem to plug into anything. I thought it might be a travel charger but there is nowhere on the toothbrush to plug it in. What is it for?

- Answer The extra cord plugs into the bottom of your travel case that charges your brush when you travel.

QuestionI am having trouble getting the app to connect to the base. The brush connects but then the app just spins and says it is looking for the base. Any suggestions?
